All items are made to order. Please review your size, design, and details carefully before checkout. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Minor variations may occur due to the custom process.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in $ and must be paid in full before production starts. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made:

• All custom orders are final sale.

• We only offer replacements or refunds if we made an error or if the item arrives defective.

• Issues must be reported within 2 Days of delivery.

Shipping

Production and delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors beyond our control.

Designs & Content

All website content and designs belong to MilaCreations. If you submit your own designs, you confirm you have the right to use them.
