Processing Time

All of our apparel is custom-made to order. Please allow 3 BUSINESS for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or for bulk orders.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you.
